Stile Sartoriale is an event organized by the National Tailoring Academy to celebrate the made in Italy sartorial tradition; the 2021 edition, the Academy’s first major appointment after the Covid-19 pandemic, took place in Rome at Villa Malta from 16 to 18 September in collaboration with Loro Piana and BMW Italia and also saw the participation of Antica Barbieria Colla as a supporter. The three days full of events dedicated to deepening the current situation of the Master Tailor’s profession culminated in the final phase of the Forbici d’Oro competition, the most important Italian award in the sector born in 1951, which was attended by young tailors from all over Italy after passing severe regional selections. The award ceremony for the competition took place on September 18 during the gala evening in the gardens of the historic Casino dell’Aurora Pallavicini Rospigliosi, on the Quirinal Hill.
